Welcome to our website, where we will be presenting our proposals for a new community between Denvilles and Emsworth, named Southleigh.

These plans follow a longstanding aspiration of the Council to develop this site, as one of very few places in Havant Borough that can help meet the local housing need.

Public Consultation

We held two public consultation events in the community, one in Denvilles, and one in Emsworth, where members of the project team were available to answer your questions and take on board your feedback.

Our consultation period closed on the Monday 7th July (midnight).

We would like to thank everyone who took part in our public consultation event and those who provided feedback. We will now take some time to reflect on your feedback and finalise our proposals before submitting an outline planning application to Havant Borough Council.
